Chef Warren Leruth started his career as a baker. Because of this, he created a one of a kind vanilla that would stand out against all other vanillas to improve flavor. This was his most prized extract/flavor that he created. Our proprietary blend (LeRuth's Vanilla Flavor) is used to extract from and age the vanilla beans for 1 year. This marriage creates a wonderful depth of flavor that helps enhance, balance, and stabilize full flavor. Our Vanilla works especially well in frozen and baked desserts, as well as candies.
