Our Artichoke Soup Base is the exact recipe from LeRuth's Restaurant. Oyster Artichoke Soup, created by Warren Leruth, became one of the most iconic New Orleans dishes. The only difference from LeRuth's is we do not add the oysters or oysters liquor. That's up to you!

St. Francis Sauce is a elegant and versatile sauce that can be paired with a number of different things. Our favorite, and the way Chef Warren Leruth created it, is with crabmeat. You can sub the crabmeat with crawfish tails, pasta, or a mixture! It's a great sauce for the creative mind.
